Awesome loft in Downtown Quebec

  • You will be charmed by the beautiful loft and the neighborhood located on a street full of life. Indeed, St-Joseph is full of beautiful surprises. You will be able to discover a multitude of restaurants, bars, bakeries, coffee’s, grocery stores and more! Not so far from the Old Quebec, you can easily get there by bus or foot and live a memorable experience in our beautiful city.

    The space
    You will find all the necessary amenities: television (Netflix), a fully equipped kitchen with a hoven and a laundry room on the upper floors. It is also possible to have a children's park. However, you must inform us before your arrival. In short, everything to allow you to have a good stay.

    Other things to note
    This is not the largest apartment but I think it's perfect for the location and you will love to visit Quebec City

Great stay in quite the eclectic neighbourhood

The three door codes worked very well, and the small apartment was exactlyl what I needed: clean, all comforts, including an air conditioner which I didn’t need later on in the evening. Right now, many of the roads around rue St-Joseph are under “destruction,” but I had no problem leaving my car on the street, almost right across from the lofts. I’d stay there again and would recommend it.

When we first arrived we were met used needles in the outside doorway. Also the bathroom floor being wet from a overflowing bucket placed under the facet leak, as seen in reviews from previous years this is a ongoing unfixed issue. The next day we found a used meth pipe in our room which is unacceptable

Logement passable pour le prix

Pour commencer, absence de la télécommande pour la TV, le jet de la pomme de douche instable et le robinet de la salle de bain coule , le breaker saute quand tu installes une prise de cellulaire, la lumière de table chevet et le climatiseur ensemble. La propreté laisse à désirer. Dans l'ensemble le logement manque de maintenance. La communication avec l'hôte se fait seulement par courriel.
