Hotel & Suites Le Dauphin Quebec

"The room was nice and clean. Only complaint was there was no fan in the bathroom and they didn't change towels on a two night stay. I was able to get more but if they aren't going to do any housekeeping they should at least put 4 of each type of towel in the room. The breakfast area was small, and fairly crowded to get food but there was a good selection of food. Otherwise the hotel was quiet, for it being right beside a highway and in an industrial park it was extremely quiet. Close to the Videotron Centre,, was easy to get there and back. Also, for the summer they offered a free shuttle to and from Quebec city once a day which is great for those wanting to go but maybe not wanting to drive and find parking."

"Overall, this is a very nice hotel. It is in a great location for easy walking access to Old Québec Cité. Is is also right by a taxi stop if you need a ride to the bus depot or airport. While it does have onsite laundry, there is only one washer and one dryer so you may have to wait. Also, the laundry facilities are actually down outside the hotel on a garage level. The Restaurant Beefroi that is attached is excellent with great food and service. Upon check in, maje sure you get the 10% off coupon to use here. There is a nice bar to hang out and watch sports. There is also a convenience store attached as well. The room itself is okay, but the beds are smaller than we anticipated and the mattresses were hard. The room has a TV, coffee machine, microwave, fridge and a desk. The shower looks older and has some mold in the grout. It could use an update. Overall, we had a nice stay and liked the convenience of our location."
