“This was an experience like no other and exceptional in every way. Staff were extremely helpful, courteous and professional. The building itself is like a museum (it actually was until the 1970s!) so expect to see genuine historical art on the walls, remnants of Inka stonework, original colonial architecture. “The hotel has a lot of character. The entrance is an original Inka stone entrance, with very old Spanish additions. This does mean that the floors are creaking and you may hear the people in adjacent rooms. The great benefits of the hotel are its charm, its history, great value and, importantly, it’s close to everything as it’s in the ancient part of Cusco. Furthermore, the staff is super nice and friendly.”

“I stayed there for three nights with friend traveling to Peru for sightseeing. The hotel is clean and is located in nice location about ten minutes walk to plaza de Armas. The staff are very friendly and professional. There is a court yard for tea, between restaurant and lounge, making guests feel comfortable. However hardware in the hotel is getting old. I saw elevator was not working for one day. When I first moved into room #202, wifi was not working since signal was too weak. They let me……
