"My favorite part of the stay was how friendly the staff are. Every staff member embodied service with a smile. The location is great. We liked how close we were to the armory and the tram. The parking was expensive (as is all parking in Seattle), but we appreciated that it was available and it was secure and convenient. We took advantage of the hotel bar. We appreciated having such a good dining option immediately available to us, especially when dealing with our tired and rambunctious children. The pool was small but it was perfect our little ones to practice swimming. And, finally, it's just such a gorgeous hotel. The wallpaper, the furniture, it's all so pretty and fancy. "
