「The hotel is beautiful and in a great location close to shopping and dining. It is also conveniently located near public transportation, so getting to central London is quite easy. The hotel staff were also helpful and so kind. Finally, the beds were very comfortable as well. We would love to stay here again.」

「Shandon House Hotel is a scam. The room in uninhabitable but they exploit the no refund policy and so people arrive, and realise its not viable and then leave, and they keep the money. Hugely disappointed in Expedia who took no interest despite adverting the room in a wholly inaccurate way」
