「Great deal for the money. Very nice feel to the room and the common space. Very quiet. The big negative - when we got there, no one was there. When we called no one answered. It's Guatemala. so we went for a coffee. When we finally got an answer, the guy was wonderful, friendly, and explained he'd been somewhere else. And once we got inside it was much better than i expected for the price. Will stay every time i go to Xela.」

「The hotel is gorgeous and immaculate, and the staff is ALWAYS available to help. My room was beautiful, the bed comfortable and the style eclectic and comfortable. I could live there! I forgot my phone charger and the person behind the desk loaned me exactly what I needed. I highly recommend this hotel AND the restaurant, especially the tapas!」

「Really cute place. They went the exta mile on the "vintage" decor. The hotel cafe was a nice amenity and very convenient. The parking was secure too and we were able to walk to several nice coffee shops, the park and restaurants.」
