Recent prior experiences involved totally stripped down units, but this was just the opposite - there were lots of towel, laundry detergent, dishwashing soap, paper towels, TP, a few condiments, extension cord, as well as the standard equipped kitchen. Everything was clean, and the furniture and beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay again."

"We had great stay at Fairfield Bay, the condo was nicely updated, clean and well equipped. About ten minute drive to the marina. Went to the Little Red Restaurant at Indian Hills, food and service were great. Went to Janssen's lakefront restaurant in Edgemont, what a disappointment worst food I've had in a restaurant in a long time. Sugarloaf Mountain is a nice hike if it's not too hot and you have a few hours to kill.."

"We were in Heber Springs for the 2024 ECLISPE. This property is a wonderful choice - anytime. Great condition, níce furniture, quite area and awesome restaurants. Only negatives: Needed batteríes for TV remotes and there was no instructions about if we needed to do anything upon leaving the property such as take out the trash or pull the bedding sheets. Over all I'd give our stay over the top ratings"

"Great and cozy place to stay! The community there is so friendly and inviting. Plenty of stuff to do nearby. Many of the activities are within walking distance. We went specifically to see the solar eclipse and were very happy with the way everything went. The owners were easy to communicate with and very responsive. They made check-in and check-out about as easy as it could have possibly been. If I ever have an event in the area, I won't hesitate to book here again!"

"This condo is in a great location close to restaurants and local sites. It is very well equipped with amenities including well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, comfortable beds and cozy living area. We enjoyed the patio and green space behind it to watch the solar eclipse. Highly recommend!"

"Club Wyndham Resort at Fairfield Bay was great. Very friendly staff and super helpful. However, interaction with VRBO was challenging. Due to significant COVID spike in Arkansas, we felt it best to cancel. After repeated attempts to cancel online and telephonically, 10 days before our stay, Club Wyndham was never notified. We received numerous check-in reminders, several phone calls from Wyndham and then two requests to rate our stay (that never happened). I am completing this review in the...

"The cabin and location were amazing. It was a great getaway for our family. The kids loved playing in the creek and jumping on the trampoline. My sons loved the disc golf and horses as well. The cabin was clean and the porches were a great place to hang out. If you are looking for a quiet place to getaway this is it. Our kids were outside so much playing and exploring by the creek and on the grounds. Great place!"
