Place was very well maintained and staff were wonderful. The only things is guests were allowed to smoke in the hallway on the floors so we constantly walked a smoking area every time we went back to our rooms. Perhaps have a designated area in the lobby that is a smoking area would be better?

After a flat tire the staff helped me to find s tire shop nearby to fix the problem. But as always there is that problem with the breakfast, because i am a vegetarian - i got only pineapple and watermelon but they forgot the avocado. Anyway, out of the season with just a few guests the service is good.

Overall good experience, we had the family apartment, pretty well set out for a family, second shower would have been nice, but not a deal breaker, there is a second bathroom with toilet and sink, just no shower. Beds are very firm/hard on the king, but kids beds are medium. Pool is a decent size, gym is ok, but badminton courts need attention. Central location and easy to get to places.

We stayed only 1 night to catch the boat to Phu Quoc the next morning. The room is spacious, but dated. Bed was hard. The hotel is across the street from a government building that has loud speakers broadcasting at 4:45 in the morning. Bathroom is a wet bathroom, meaning the shower was not enclosed. So taking a shower will wet the whole bathroom floor. On the positive side is the included breakfast. The food was good and there was a wide selection of Western and Vietnamese foods.

Good place for a short stay

The lighting wasn't so great. The bathtub was high and difficult to get in and out. The room has AC but the common areas do not. The bathroom was mopped every day but I don't think the carpet was vacuumed every day. The food was good and the seating was comfortable. The staff was good. The outside of the hotel is beautiful with bonsais and other nice plants.

This hotel is definitely for only Vietnamese people. What I mean by that is they don't believe in air conditioning. They don't have air conditioning in the public areas. Air conditioning barely worked. Definitely not up to Western standards

I need to use google translate for communication with the staff. No iron available, no pool available due to a wedding. A 4:50 am a lady with a speaker super loud at street. Due to not understand the language I assumed was aerobic class at that time. Was over and over until almost 9 am. Breakfast was ok.

I stayed at Saigon Rach Gia Hotel for two nights with breakfast included. The hotel is a bit dated, but everything is clean and the room was really spacious. I didn’t try the breakfast myself, but my mom had the congee with salted egg and said it was fresh and tasty. The location on Nguyen Trung Truc Street is super convenient, with easy car access, a drop-off area, and plenty of parking. What impressed me most was the staff. They were efficient, honest, and very helpful. I accidentally left my ring in the room after checking out, and they found it and kept it safe for me. Overall, a really positive stay.
