「The check-in process was great, friendly staff person and provided all the information I needed for the stay. After that though it went downhill. the room was clean at first glance, but after that, I realized it was not that clean. The air filters were dirty. The HVAC unit sounded and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. The paint looked like it was covering up other issues. Things were broken in the bathroom and room. 「Fantastic host and home! Super clean, and great appeal with a modern cottage feel. We hope to be able to stay again in the future! 」

「We stayed at this home for our child's graduation from Virginia Tech in 2025. The house was a great location in Radford close to many restaurants and Radford University. It was an easy 20-25 minute drive to Blacksburg. With three bedrooms and three and a half baths, it was a perfect size for all of the relatives we had with us. The kitchen had everything we needed. The family room and kitchen had seating for all of us. This was an economical and comfortable alternative to more expensive hotels...

「A great place to visit to get out in nature. Really enjoy hiking all of the trails, although some of them are overgrown and not clearly marked (but it adds to the vibe and the maps on AllTrails are spot on). Rooms in the main lodge are spacious albeit a little old. But clean and comfy. Overall a great place for a weekend getaway with the kids. 」

「This hotel is very clean and neat and has a friendly staff. The breakfast was great and the gym was nice to workout in. It also has a nice, comfortable outdoor patio to sit and have a cup of coffee. The toilets flush is loud, but they work well!」
