SUNSHINE☀️HOUSE Is a magical seaside cottage, perfectly situated offering privacy, tranquility and a magnificent panoramic view of the Caribbean. You have the ability to see sunrise and sunset right from it's large deck. The cottage is beautifully decorated and the large deck features a sofa, chairs, chaise lounges and a countertop with stools perfect for outdoor dining.

SUNSHINE☀️HOUSE is located 7.5 miles north of Governors Harbour Airport.

The Master Suite offers a (king bed), sitting room with queen futon and private bath, Second bedroom features a queen bed, and the 3rd bedroom has two extra long twins.

Sunshine☀️House now offers natural steps at the water's edge for easy access in and out of the water.

SUNSHINE☀️HOUSE offers beautiful views and In the evening you have an opportunity to see a star filled sky and if you're lucky you might even see a few shooting ones!

There is an ocean kayak located at nearby Rainbow Beach or in the yard at SUNSHINE☀️HOUSE, at your disposal. As well you have lifejackets for the kayak, boogie boards and a hammock that can be hooked up on the tree down by the water.

The house is located in Rainbow Bay one of the only settlements on the island of Eleuthera that features an owner association, offering thatched umbrellas and picnic tables at close by Rainbow Beach.
