「Loved this place and it had everything you needed and was very clean. Large balcony with great views of the mountains. It was close to everything so you could walk. Close to the beach and downtown but in a quiet part of the village. The hosts were quick to answer any questions we had. I would highly recommend staying here and would stay again.」

「This is a great place! The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is stocked, the screen room is perfect for coffee in the morning, the fishing (off the shore) is fantastic, the boats are plenty and the memories we make here are priceless! We are return campers year after year! Mary responds quickly to any messages. If you are looking for a rustic get-a-way in a very private setting this place is perfect! We are already planning for next summer. 」

「We had a wonderful stay at John and Heather’s Grand Getaway! It was so comfortable, everything you could need was carefully thought out and provided. Everything from booking to checking out was seamless! John contacted me right away after booking, they provided so much information about the location, absolutely impressed with their hospitality! 」

「The Wolf dome was perfect for a glamping vacation. It was so nice having drinking water and a washing machine/dryer. Grounds were very interesting to hike through. The view from the dock is stunning and the scenery for campfires/hottub is just what we were hoping for. Steve is very friendly and knowledgeable of the local wildlife. 」

「Property was clean, a nice easy walk down to the lake. Not quite a Lakeview, but still pretty. There is plenty of items that you will need for a property like this that they have provided… Very thoughtful. The only real negative to the property is that it’s pretty dated but very comfortable. We would definitely go back.」

「This isn't a luxury room in the sense of being new/updated with a lot of space. The main area is dated, but it has everything you need and an updated bath area and it's a great location if you are in Wilmington for something. We were there for the Whiteface uphill bike race. Meg seemed available to help although we didn't need anything.」
