Perfect location for a stay in Durham. Close to Duke campuses and town and a safe quiet walkable neighborhood. Comfortable beds and easy living space.

Great weekend in Durham!
Tom and Sarah’s house was cozy and comfortable. They were kind enough to let us get in early. They were very responsive the only time we needed them, when we set off the alarm. So were the Durham police officers. It was spotless and had everything we needed. There was plenty of space for four adults to spread out. We walked to restaurants (if you get a chance, try Juju’s) and it was a short Uber to Wallace Wade Stadium. Very quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay there again!

Great location, perfect escape from the heat
This wonderful home was the perfect location for exploring Duke and Durham by foot, and relaxing and recovering from the heat. The hosts were super responsive. We are looking forward to our next trip to Durham, and would be happy to stay here again.

Cozy and quiet
My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time at this cute little bungalow. It is in a cute and quiet neighborhood, and an easy walk to a number of delicious restaurants. The back patio was perfect for a quiet cup of coffee in the morning, watching birds and squirrels in all the huge trees, or a fire in the evening. The kitchen was fully stocked, and Tom was very responsive for everything we needed.

Perfect location
We are so glad we chose this home for our stay in Durham. Was extremely clean and beautifully accommodated our needs. We were very impressed with the interior design, especially, kitchen and baths. And it was wonderful that everything was on one floor. Conveniently close to the Duke hospital system and restaurants and grocery. We thank the owner for making this home available to guests!

This was a great place to stay while visiting our son who lives nearby and is a grad student at Duke. The bathrooms and kitchen were the highlights - modern and very well-equipped. The place was very clean and is in a pleasant, quiet neighborhood. It was a good find!

Welcoming, cozy, super clean. Modern kitchen and high end bathrooms. Tastefully decorated. Quiet neighborhood. Great location for walking. Duke’s East Campus is a 5 minute walk away and there’s a 3 km + walking trail around the perimeter. Whole Foods and Ninth St shops and eateries are a 15 minute walk, downtown is a 20 minute walk. We’d happily stay here again.
