"Very clean and comfortable "

"This hotel is in a great location. You never have to drive/call a ride share if you are staying downtown. My only complaint is there is no door to the bathroom. The shower is out in the open right as you walk into the room. If you like a little privacy in that area this might not be the hotel for you. "

"Nice location , local free shuttle most appreciated, valet parking was easy and all the staff was helpful and friendly, breakfast is exceptional and well worth $18 . Snacks in the little shop were kind of pricey but that’s typical at any hotel . The bed is firm which is not to my comfort . I prefer a more plush and softer mattress but that’s just my preference . Would definitely stay again but if for multiple nights the firm bed might b a deal breaker . But it’s still 5* in my book . "

"The area is just amazing with plenty to do and see - most within comfortable walking distance. The dining and shopping is amazing. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Not only does the staff go out of their way to make sure your stay goes well, but housekeeping found an expensive sweater I had inadvertently left in the wardrobe and the hotel notified me right away. The hotel offered to ship it through a third party shipping company, I opted to pay a fairly priced fee, and I received it very quickly! My husband and I have stayed here before and will certainly be back! "
