“Everything was beautiful and very clean. When I needed any information it was very easy to reach out to Ms. Jackie. I didn’t like the conflict info given when it came to her staff preparing my birthday dinner and the chef. One day I was told one thing and the next I was told another even after coming to an agreement over the phone that her staff will prepare the meal. The meal was delicious and was presented well. I didn’t like that the windows didn’t lock and the staff along with Ms Jackie……

“Everything was perfect up until the day of my wedding. My wedding was off the resort. The morning of my wedding they would not allow my makeup artist or photographers on. The day before I verified with them if it was OK and they said yes I need to pay for a day pass. The morning of they said no day passes available and that I have to pay a vendor fee of $800 per person. After all the back-and-forth the front desk, then told us that nobody was allowed to come on the resort because they are at……
