“This hotel is located very close to several restaurants. We easily walk to one each night. The staff upon arrival were frustrated and seemed to take it out on us. When booking with Expedia you can't use the check in kiosk at any Premier Inn. They only had one computer working and were irritated and had no immediate solution of how to pay for parking without a reservation number to place at the parking meter. “We attended TOR rooms for a nice getaway before my wife gives birth, we had been approximately 3 years ago and had a great time.
Unfortunately with the new owners it has gone completely downhill.
Upon entering the room there were around 8-9 large spiders. Ordinarily, a couple of spiders I would chuck out of the window. This time however it was almost like an infestation. I had to kill about 6 and flush them before my wife would even settle.
We could not get through to the staff on the phone so……

“About a 20-minute walk from the centre, this place is in a convenient and easy-to-reach location. The check-in instructions were clear and straightforward, which made arrival completely stress-free.
Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is at 10am. With a relatively late check-in time and quite an early check-out, a later check-out option would be much appreciated.
The room was lovely, with a very comfortable bed that ensured a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was on the minimalistic side, but still……
