「The room was as basic as it gets. There was no in-room coffee or tea. Coffee was served out of a big cylindrical coffee maker in the lobby. No morning breakfast. The website said they had memory foam mattresses but my room was a spring mattress…..and this is really weird, the spring bed mattress was turned upside down so that you would be laying on the unpadded bottom. Why would they do that? The room was also just marginally clean. The best things about the room was the off-season price and...

「I booked this property under the pretense that it was within 35 miles of Aspen, the algorithm that Expedia used doesn’t account for winter closures. I drove 160 miles. Scared to book properties not knowing what the actual driving distance is to actual destination. Do better」

「My and my friends had the worst time at this hotel. The pool was under construction, and the entire hotel was so cold that the front office gentleman was wearing a coat the whole time. My partner is allergic to the cold and had such a bad reaction we had to leave the hotel early to take her to the hospital. I honestly would love a refund. This was an awful experience. 」

「We have stayed here before. Although the room was clean, the common space needed some attention. As this is the off season in Leadville, I don't think there were many other guests and attention to some of those details may have been less than we expected.」

「The hotel was absolutely stunning! We stayed in room 512 and it was immaculate. The bed was extremely comfortable. And the breakfast was hot and delicious. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and made local dining recommendations. We landed on Windy City Pizza! So delicious!! The front desk clerk even upgraded our room. The views around the property you’re absolutely stunning.」
