“good and quite place”

“The hotel fee is over price. Some rooms have air conditioner some don’t. The staff told us the hotel is not use air conditioner for environmental protection. They just didn’t want to change the room.”

“This is a very new hotel with excellent facilities and a great accommodation environment. Compared to some older hotels, it offers exceptional value for money. The hotel features hot water pools (not sure if they are hot springs), but the design and facilities are significantly better than the famous Upper Hot Springs. “Amazing scene. But Hotel staff are not friendly. STAFF in the front desk and concierge are indifferent, erogate. We asked for details of the sunrise tour, the first thing she told us was the cacelation policy instead of what we expected to enjoy!! Coffee machine and even kettle are not working. no change arranged even requested. With the exceptionally expensive room rate, not money worthwhile. ”

“We extended a room for one more night on the second day of moving in and was charged right away, but on the original day of check-out we found our luggage and belongings are moved out of the room.”

“We stayed in a glamping site. Everything was clean and the bed was so comfortable. Thru have wireless phone charger in the room and fireplace in the glamping cabin which is nice. The shower room was a bit too small and not very clean though. ”
