"This hotel is a good bargain and had everything you would hope for in a moderate priced hotel. It was sparkling clean and well re-modeled. The owners invested a lot to bring it back. homeless people and drug dealers inhabited a short street behind a nearby shopping center. Why is the City of Charlotte so NEGLIGENT in allowing this? Charlotte voters should be outraged at crooked politicians for allowing this kind of anti-business activity to fester in in their city. "

"Facility, staff, breakfast at this facility very good. Our only complaint is there were NO luggage carriers available when we checked in and checked out, had to make more than one trip up to room."
