「Not good but was manageable for 1 night…was only there for 1 night. Slow check-in. No toilet roll in room had to ask reception. Toilet blocked after one flush looked like days old feaces toilet clogged with the feaces remaining on the surface. Toilet water brown and extremely smelly. Reception informed they stated come and use the toilet at the reception when needed bearing in mind we were on the 5th floor. Staff reported no maintenance was on site at the time to address the problem. Room...

「Comfortable very well equipped chalet. The chalet had everything I needed - kitchen utensils, oven, microwave, toaster and kettle. Also tv. Comfortable bed too.
The setting is lovely right on the river bank and useful to have parking right next to the chalet. There was also some outdoor space and walks right from the chalet. 」

「I recently stayed at The Brondesbury near a month.
Positive side
- Offers some excellent free amenities
- Daily free coffee before 9:30 am was a nice perk, and having access to a free cinema room and gym was a great bonus
- Location of the hotel is also convenient, and the kitchen facilities were good, providing a full set of cooking equipment. However, notice a lingering strong curry/masala smell inside the microwave-oven.

「Excellent option for families, with three separate sleeping areas that are all perfectly comfortable (perhaps the single most important thing). Quiet. Right on the main bus lines for sightseeing on your way to major attractions. Great local restaurants en route to the tube (highly recommend Marina and Genco). Also terrific closet space, and room for everyone to lounge comfortably after a long day. Just a good all-around space, with highly responsive hosts. 」

"It was my very first time experiencing water leaking from the ceiling!
I was about to take bath and suddenly I saw water on the floor in the bathroom. Then I was water falling along the wall and the door frame and the edge of the ceiling. It’s absolutely disgusting. Eventually , it was found that the bathroom floor of the room upstairs was full of water after bath. That’s the reason why water leaking to my room. Worse still, the hotel is full and I couldn’t get any room changed. "
