「Treated like a second class person as we had a guide dog. Put in an awful room! Requested a fridge and to have a patio door but ignored. Paid premium price £171 of which £25was for our Guide Dog who is cleaner than a lot of their guests apparently. Compared to our previous stay it was very poor. Even said we were not allowed to stay in the room we had as it had been refurbished and no longer a dog room. So basically all their old rooms they hired out to dog owners at premium prices as not...

「The hotel is in a great location for Hampstead and for getting the tube to other parts of London. The rooms are a good size and all the facilities are modern. The staff were extremely courteous, helpful and friendly.」

「When I checked in I think the gentleman tried speaking slowly to make me understand easier cause I am a foreigner. It’s an old historical hotel and I think the founder love poem, I can see from the declaration. Anyway they provided the best breakfast. 」

「Only ten minutes walk from Camden market , and 15-20 minutes walk to the tube. Staff were really friendly and room was great, everything we needed and really comfortable bed. Bathroom was huge.」

「Clean and comfortable room albeit small. Well decorated and stylish. No teaspoons or milk. Coffee was solid in a jar so not drinkable. Room was not made up properly after the first night, 1 wet towel removed and 1 wet towel left on the floor but neither replaced despite leaving them in the shower to indicate that they needed changing. No new tea or milk left. As we didn't return to our room until late we couldn't contact anyone. TV only works if their WiFi worked, that was very haphazard....
