We especially loved the breakfasts, chatting with Newton and enjoying a delicious full English breakfast along with Lehka's delicous banana bread! “There is no airflow in basement room, I cannot even breath when I just opened the door. I cannot imagine if I need to stay here for 2 nights!! I lost my control and immediately go to reception argued with staff there. He said this is the basement room in a very cheap price, no air conditioner is a must in London hotel. I understand air conditioner is not a must but it definitely stated in Expedia intro of this hotel!! That means the Expedia information is wrong ??!!! I am so disappointed……
