"Great welcome from Jaimie who recognised me from previous stay and cheery chat every time passed reception.
Small touch but like water in room and proper biscuits other hotels I have stayed in recently cutting back on this"
"Amazing stay.
The hotel staff were absolutely amazing, everyone went above and beyond to make our stay the best it could be. Really really lovely staff members, everyone we encountered had time to stop and chat to us. Check in was really easy and smooth, we had left our bags earlier in the day which had already been taken up to our room for us, which is a lovely touch. Our room was really clean, and nicely decorated on theme. Very comfortable bed! The rest of the hotel is decorated and has lots of facts about the titanic which were really interesting.
Breakfast was lovely, lots of options and you could order food as well which is within the breakfast price.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Belfast!! "
"As someone who tries to support non-national businesses this was exactly what I needed as a base for 3-day business trip to Belfast - clean, near City airport and good internet."

There are no prizes for guessing which is more popular with young children.
