"As a fellow VRBO owner, I felt the ID requirements and such were a bit much. I felt like it was a TSA Pre-Check situation...and I have TSA precheck. The insurance and deposit should cover the owner just fine to avoid this concern. The stay was pleasant and the place was spotless. It was some good downtime, even though it was a work trip. Vince, the owner, was very quick to respond and helpful."

"We stayed for over a month while husband was getting cancer treatment nearby. Was convenient for us. Unit was clean, in a quiet neighborhood, and felt safe and secure. Check in and check out was simple too. Would recommend this unit to others."

"We didn’t stay. Had an issue come up just before our trip and the host wouldn’t respond until the very last minute until we lost part of the deposit. But when we added a night, they responded almost instantly. So clearly they only respond quick when it benefits them. Not helpful or understanding. Honestly just stay in a hotel if you’re coming to town, The place doesn’t even have much for the price and it’ll save the potential hassle if you experience an unfortunate circumstance."
