"Excellent staff at this hotel! I wish the bathrooms had bathtubs as I have chronic pain. Bed was a little uncomfortable but the room was very clean and has everything I needed. The staff were all extremely helpful and nice, I appreciated that I could leave my bag here for part of the day as I was at a conference and didn’t want to carry my bags around all day. Great place!"

"I find there is no soundproofing in the walls or the door. You can hear everybody in the next room whether they’re watching TV or talking loud or arguing I don’t know if I want to stay there anymore. The cleaning staff is very noisy in the morning talking so loud. That is my only complaint with the Holiday Inn express downtown. "
