"Great location in Downtown Toronto. Close to all the key tourist attractions and subway system/PATH. The check in process was quick and easy. Beautiful suite with two tvs. The price was great!! Inexpensive parking underground."
"The hotel was very nice. Check in was fabulous. Brendan at reception was awesome. We had lunch at the lobby bar twice and Miriana, our server, was outstanding. We also had breakfast in the hotel and our servers there were also wonderful. The quality of the food was very good, as well as the selection and the prices were reasonable. "
"Check in was seamless with very friendly staff. The amenities of the hotel are great and easy to access. Rooms are well appointed and spacious. Will definitely stay here again. "
"I was celebrating my 40th Birthday nearby and needed a convenient walkable place to stay.
I stayed at this hotel years ago when it was under a different banner…and Holiday Inn really gave the property an upgrade.
Went to check in and was told I was upgraded to a suite. (Happy Birthday to me!)
Room was comfortable and quiet.
The area is walkable with ample access to public transportation and whatever else you may need.
Upon checkout, I noticed that they had accidentally overcharged me. The representative at the Front Desk was friendly, courteous, and fixed the issue right away.
Would highly recommend this hotel. "
