“Rooms very clean! Toilet broke during our stay and we had to turn the water off after each use. They offered a new room but said they would fix it the next morning so we declined. After two days toilet still wasn’t fixed. Breakfast is good but depends on who is working how well it’s stocked. Jocelyn does an excellent job and is very friendly and helpful. All the staff is very kind and friendly.”

“Nice clean hotel, restaurants nearby and plenty of parking. Complimentary coffee would have been nice in the mornings instead of waiting for the bar to open to purchase Starbucks. Didn’t see housekeeping despite staying 3 nights so no clean cups or waste emptied.”

“Overall is clean, rooms are spacious and the staff is welcoming! The location of the property is ideal and offers easy access to the interstate highway with numerous restaurants and stores nearby! The pool area also has a nice deck and the breakfast has a great variety in the morning! All of the in room, amenities and kitchenette resources are new with a spacious refrigerator and decent cabinetry space as well.”

“The mattresses on top of the vehicles outside are probably cleaner than the beds in the rooms themselves. Upon arrival the staff were friendly and check-in was quick. The room itself looked nothing like the advertised photos. The room was very musty and upon inspection the bed was dirty with quite visible stains on the sheets, mattress pad and the mattress. I was offered a new room and I denied that request. I was also denied a refund with no explanation from either Quality Inn or……
