"We were in town for a swim meet hosted by University of Evansville. Perfect distance from the pool and lots of walkable places to eat and go out. Very pet friendly and perfect space for us."

"Everything within the apartment was clean and the layout is nice. The only complaint is that the check out time on the app was labeled at 11 am. However, the cleaning person came in at 10:30 and gave us 10 minutes to pack up and leave. So make sure to double check with the manager on the time which you have the rental to."

The locals are very friendly as well! The property owner is extremely kind and polite and responds quickly to any questions! Would highly recommend this spot to anyone in the area!"

It was nice and quiet out at his place though we didn't get to explore because of family obligations. My car decided to die on us and he was so kind offering help and not mad about the circumstance of essentially checking out a hour late due to having to run into town and back for a new battery. "This was a the perfect fit for a short stay in Evansville. The neighborhood was quiet, and I felt very safe staying there. It is just a short 7-minute drive to downtown. The owners were very responsive and answered all of my questions."
