"Room was clean but smelled like cigarettes. Rooms and hallway need to be aired out. Open the windows. Staff was helpful but housekeeping crew didn't speak English."

"The rooms where dirty the property was dirty there was no coffee pot or alarm clock or hair dryer or iron and there was no breakfast also the ads for the rooms are 100% wrong"

"Could not have asked for a better stay. The king bed suite with pull out couch in separate room. Worked for 4 of us. Nice pillows. Very clean. Crisp white bedding. Spotless bathroom. Great staff and breakfast. No complaints from anyone. Had to get used to know coffee maker in the room. But good coffee available on demand in the first floor breakfast nook. On Wolf Road near major shopping, dining and movies. Ten minutes from UAlbany. Nicely done. "

"I am so beyond disappointed with our stay. We were so excited to get away for a weekend. Days Inn has had a good rep from what I have heard over the years. We got there and were immediately greeted with nastiness-a pubic hair on the toilet seat, followed by multiple hairs on and in the bathroom sink. It gets worse! Walk over to the tv and end up with a piece of glass in my toe! At this point I go down to the office and request housekeeping come into the room with new bedding and do an actual cleaning. She showed up with a broom and a fitted sheet thinking all she was changing was the fitted sheet. She swept the decent amount of dirt from the floor out on to the walkway then got annoyed that I was not content with just changing the fitted sheet. Oh well I want clean linen! Everything is going okay after this. Until I filled up the jacuzzi and was presented with not only dirt, but skin oils which proved the tub was in fact NOT cleaned because the oils cling to the side of the tub as it drains. NEVER AGAIN!!! "

"Lobby was very clean and pleasant. Room is not very big but was clean and remodeled well. Bed was very comfortable. You could open the window for natural air which is a plus for me. Shower pressure and temperature was good. Very close to variety of restaurants. The only shortcoming was breakfast choice was limited. Practically no protein."
