"This is our go to hotel to stay at when we travel to and from seeing our daughter at college. Everything is amazing, from customer service to clean and comfortable rooms to great breakfast and plenty of parking. We can’t recommend them enough!"

"We had to cancel unexpectedly. We were to arrive on the weekend. I did call but the reservation was not cancelled because the call was not answered or processed. I left a message at the property although it was perplexing that a call to the hotel was not answered. I was at no time advised that the reservation was made by a third party. IT WAS APPRENTLY A SECRET That EXPEDIA WAS BROUGHT IN AS A THIRd PARTY. The next day I received a call from the hotel saying they could not cancel the reservation because t hey did not get my message until the next day. So I had to pay one days fees and the second day was then cancelled. 😡. I feel that was deceptive. What’s I did cancel the day before. It is fraud if the big hotel change has a policy that is not made public and this results in the consumer pays the price. I had been a Marriott Bonvoy member years ago. This was not the policy then. It is quite a surprise to learn they are unable to have a person available to respond to a customer during weekends at a hotel property. I don’t expect to renew that membership!"

"My room on the third floor was quite large. I enjoyed that it had a microwave and mini refrigerator. Blackout shades helped me sleep peacefully."

"Multiple shops and restaurants are nearby. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Some things need to be updated but did not affect my stay, no coffee maker in the room, however there was a coffee station by the front desk. The bed was ok, the mattress was firm, which I like, and the pillows were decent. The price was perfect for what you get. The fitness center was great. "

"The room was extremely dirty the bathroom was gross. The ceiling was flaking and fallowing down all over. Things were rusty and gross. No breakfast just a granola bar. "

"This is quite possibly my favorite hotel. Our 3rd time staying here, and it’s a great experience. Always clean, always above and beyond. They had fun coloring pages for kids, a guest-of-the-day board, lots of amenities. Pool is clean, lobby is large and joyful. Staff are wonderful, accommodating and happy. I ran out of contact solution on night one, and they had some for purchase in the lobby. My husband even got a birthday gift. Love it here! "
