“Staff was rude they stayed outside my window drinking and smoking all night. Staffbasked people walking past where to get meth from. Rooms are nasty and dirty . I had to go out and get cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom and kitchen. I looked under the sink and they had foils with black stuff on them. They had hair all in the bathroom on the floor. Manager kept entering the room in the moring. Told them I would be out by 11. But they kept letting themselves in. I had to push the door back……

“I’d like to say I loved the area and the room itself but as we passed multiple homeless and arrived to our heavily sanitized room that reeked for days somewhere between bleach and garbage I realized this probably wasn’t the best idea. Staff were very friendly and helpful. And the hotel itself isn’t too far to get around downtown. We would’ve changed the room but had no time. We had plans set for the entirety of the weekend and our room was the last worry on my list. Maybe it was garbage……

“The hotel is a bit older but well maintained and was actually getting new carpeting while we were there. Our room service everyday was excellent. Only complaint would be no full length mirror in the room. Other than that, excellent.”

“I suggested to the staff they leave an "information sheet" in each room with information like breakfast hours, etc. Also a pad of paper and pen would have been useful. I also would have appreciated a clock. Very nice hotel!”

“This property allowed smoking until about 5 years ago. The rooms that allows smoking still stink.”

“My new favorite Denver hotel. The staff is amazing, the coffee bar, bar, and Delicious restaurant. We're all wonderful. I was even able to catch a jazz band out on the patio. A really nice touch to have when you're traveling. The rooms are clean and designed with thought. The beds and bedding are very comfortable. Despite being located on a Major Street it's very quiet. I'm always greeted with a smile when I come through the lobby. The lady who works nights watches out for me when I take my dog……

“Our check-in was easy which is good since our flight was delayed and we arrived very late. The staff member was friendly and was able to get us checked in quickly. The breakfast was good. There was an issue the 2nd day but they still were able to provide everyone with enough breakfast options. The property and the room were quiet. I used the workout room, which was very well maintained, which is rare to see. I really appreciated that. The property is also conveniently located to major highways,……
