"Clean and location was fabulous. Loved having the walking trail behind the home. We had a family gathering for a wedding. It slept everyone comfortably. Would like maybe more seating in big room and outdoor furniture space so we could all sit together. Otherwise we really enjoyed our time at the home! Thank you Jim"

"After a long day of work we sat down at the bar to eat. We asked the bartender what she likes most on the menu? She replied, "nothing". We asked what if you had to eat here, what would you recommend? "I'd door dash." was her blunt response. We were tired, hungry and the weather was bad. We ate there anyway and the wings were fairly good. When we asked for plates they couldn't provide them. They had no plates?!"

"What an amazing home ! The area is so awesome ! We walked a block to the pearl street farmers market , all trips we made were a 12 uber ride ! Central location to so much ! We were in town for a show at red rocks and we got here so easily !! The place was so clean and boho!! Matched the photos exactly!! My only small complaint was that the garage gym didn’t get used as it smelled pretty strong of maybe lawn chemicals, so I chose not to use it we also didn’t search, but the bike tires were all flat and we didn’t notice a pump anywhere ! Other than those very very minor things it was amazing and if I return to CO I will definitely stay here again !!"

"Mariel was a wonderful host. Timely communication and follow up to my questions. The property is located in a family friendly area of Denver. It’s about 15 minutes from the city center. The property is very comfortable, nicely appointed, and within walking distance to restaurants. Will definitely stay here again!"

"Amazing house and property just as described and pictured in post , kids were busy with the all the games. Our puppy loved the backyard , the outdoor patio was amazing - we all enjoyed the hottub , great responsive host , perfect location for walking and running - can’t wait to come back in summertime and enjoy the pool!!"
