Beautiful home

Great location, very clean

This house was great, perfect location, close to everything in town and we were very impressed with how clean it was. The only suggestion we have is that they supply toilet paper and trash bags, there were none in the house when we got there, otherwise it was a great stay!

Perfect Thanksgiving visit

Home was very well equipped, clean and comfortable. Supplied basics such as soaps, linens and towels and starter supply of TP and paper towels. It was on a quiet street yet close to the beach and all the Rehoboth Ave shops/restaurants. Nice large living room for family and the chef's kitchen for meals were perfect for our Thanksgiving stay. Check in and check out were easy.

Best location in Rehobeth

The house was beautiful and comfortable. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is because house next door was under construction and we had to listen to construction noise a few days of the trip. The location cannot be beat and this house was a cooks dream and best stocked kitchen and bar tools I’ve ever had in a house rental. It was very much appreciated. The beds were so comfortable but could’ve used heavier top blankets. We could’ve used a few throw blankets for watching movies in the . The grill really needs a cleaning too;)

Lovely House, pool area needs work

The house was clean, well maintained and a great location. The pool, however, was disappointing. It does not have a surround and leaks. So, you are walking through mud to get into the pool. Also was not clean when we got there.

Great location BUT…

Bedding not sufficient and thin cheap comforters are stained and gross looking. There were not enough sheets or pillow cases and what is there is very cheap quality. No luggage racks in the rooms without a dresser…there are not two primary bedrooms ! Pool is the size of a large bathtub. There is no Cable Box ( as listed in house notes) so watching live TV is not possible. That was a problem one night. Location is perfect for walking to the boardwalk and town. For the price, the house is very underwhelming.

Gr8 house and location

Lovely, well appointed house, gr8 location. A large house will always have a few quirky issues, manager checks in and willing to solve any issues asap. We didn't have any issues worth mentioning.....just things that can happen in your own home. Very comfortable.

Beautiful well maintained house

We had a girlfriends getaway. The house provided space for all of us to satisfy our individual needs. One of us had a working vacation; another wanted to indulge her culinary talents (the kitchen was magnificent); and the rest of us appreciated the walking distance to the beach and shops. Everyone enjoyed the privacy of the fenced in backyard with the pool. It was great. Thank you.

Lovely beach home

The home is so nicely done very good taste. However the dishwasher was broken the week before and during our stay. The picnic table umbrella is broke and the yard needed mowed when we arrived and still wasn’t mowed when we left.

Wonderful house

The house was exactly as advertised - spacious, lovely, and incredibly well-appointed. Plenty of room for all of us; the great backyard and pool are a terrific bonus. A quick walk to the beach and boardwalk - and alllll the restaurants, shops and cafes. Loved relaxing on the. Oh front porch with coffee in the mornings; Couldn’t have been more comfortable! Couldn’t have been more comfortable!

It was nice to email and have information in email to go back and access. Check in was easy. Appreciate the help with putting the garbage out at the street. The only hiccup was the laundry from previous stay was on porch for a couple days and had to call about this, but was taken care of. Hope to stay again. Check in was easy

Our stay was excellent, the property was very clean, the location couldn’t have been more perfect for walking everywhere, and the pool was perfect size and great for the kids. The house had everything you could need for cooking, as well as, some beach and pool toys, chairs and umbrellas not mentioned in the listing. Our families included 4 adults and 3 kids under 5 years old and everything was very open to keep and eye on the kids. Honestly none of us had a single bad thing to say about the house. Beautiful home, great location!

What a fantastic home to stay in while in Rehoboth. We were so close to the beach and main strip of restaurants and shopping. The house’s rooms and amenities were magnificent and we felt like we were in a 5-star hotel! Cannot say enough about this place and how wonderful a time we had here. Fabulous home!

This is a beautiful home in a wonderful location. Plenty of space to spread out and the upstairs/downstairs suites makes it wonderful for two families traveling together. Kitchen was exceptional and fully stocked for cooking, which we did every night. Heated pool was wonderful even in late October and we used it every day. Private backyard was great and outdoor grill worked very well. House was exceptionally clean upon check in and all linens provided. Check in and check out directions were clear and easy to follow. Self check in was a breeze, and Seachange (rental agency) was able to allow us to check in early and out late, which was a pleasant and appreciated surprise. House is well constructed so very quiet even though on a busy street. All TVs (Including cable and many streaming apps) and WiFi worked very well throughout the house. WiFi was strong enough to work and do school remotely. Plenty of seating space to spread out and relax, and plenty of dining space for large dinners if you want that. Fantastic location is two blocks from beach and 1 block from restaurants, shops, bars. Cons: Advertised fireplace has been completely disabled. Drain in soaker tub was disabled so that was also completely unusable. Only 2 spaces in driveway and not 3 as advertised. MD Ave is very noisy with a lot of truck traffic and there is currently a huge construction project on 2nd and MD so front porch unusable due to noise during our stay. Also during our stay, the house ran out of propane which meant no hot water, no cooking, and no heated pool for one full day and we had to stay home to deal with propane delivery, etc which is not what you want to do on vacation. Rental agency (Seachange) was extremely responsive to issues when notified but needs to do a better job of checking out house pre rental and preventing issues like running out of propane before they come up. Rental agency offered refund of less than 5% of total rental cost for issues experienced during our stay which was not adequate compensation. Overall house was very nice and met our needs well and I would recommend. Four stars instead of five due to preventable maintenance issues and certain advertised amenities like fireplace and soaker tub not being available during our stay. Wonderful home in great location

Great home! We spent a week in late September, just as the temperatures began to cool. So, the heated pool was perfect! The home is well maintained, and conducive to walking nearly everywhere in the downtown area. The Seachange folks were pleasant and responsive at every turn, and the remote check-in process was a breeze!
