Resort Style Community Rehoboth Beach House Parking Pool

Welcome to 19529 Manchester Drive!
Overview: This spacious, beautifully decorated home features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms across two levels, plus a second-level bonus room and a “kids room,” comfortably sleeping eight guests. The open floor plan connects a great room with a fireplace to a gourmet kitchen with top-of-the-line GE appliances, a kitchen island, and a fully stocked setup—perfect for cooking and entertaining. The main-level primary suite offers a king bed and a spa-like bathroom with double vanity and an amazing shower. Two additional bedrooms and a sitting front room are also on the main level. The dining area seats four, plus four at the breakfast island. A full HE washer and dryer are available in the separate laundry room. Upstairs, enjoy a large bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom, a huge bonus room, and the “kids room.” Driveway and garage parking accommodate up to three cars (street parking is prohibited). Luxury meets the beach—this home is perfect for multi-generational family vacations, holidays, and corporate retreats.
Parking: Private driveway for four cars; overflow parking is available at the front of the community.
Location: Located in the beautifully landscaped Grande at Canal Pointe community, east of Rt. 1, less than 2 miles from Rehoboth Beach & Boardwalk and just a short ride to downtown or the tax-free Tanger Outlets. The community offers two pools, two gyms, two clubhouses, a fenced playground, and tennis and basketball courts. Access to the Junction and Breakwater Bike Trails is right across the entrance, connecting Rehoboth and Lewes Beach—perfect for biking to downtown, restaurants, the beach, or the boardwalk.
Amenities: Washer, dryer, fireplace, rear deck with seating, Wi-Fi, gas grill, and ceiling fans.
Things to Know: Reservations must be for seven nights or longer. Linens are not supplied, but a rental package is available. No pets. No smoking. Please note that the VRBO service fee is charged separately by VRBO and is not imposed by the Host. As a result, your credit card will reflect two separate charges: one from VRBO for the service fee and one from the Host for the rental charges. The VRBO service fee will not appear on the Rental Agreement.

Great Property

The four bedrooms and child bonus room were enough sleeping areas for our family of 8. The large kitchen was great. The drive to the beach was not too long. We enjoyed the pools. We would definitely stay here again!

Spotless and great layout for kids

This house was spotless (very important to me!) and was the perfect layout for our family (2 adults + 2 toddlers). Plenty of space on the first level to play while I cooked and a great play space on 2nd level. The community has 2 pools, one was a short walk from house and within 1/4 mile were pretty canal views (with a short trail)! We loved the proximity of this location to downtown, it was a short (no traffic) drive to funland or dinner. We never had a problem finding parking, surprisingly. We enjoyed the less crowded beach of Deauville Beach during the week, about 6min drive away. Great for a family with little ones where the beach is a part of vacation but not the main event everyday !!

Beautiful home, very large. We're foodies who enjoy cooking. Kitchen was large but we wished it had some additional equipment-like BBQ tools for the nice grill. Kids enjoyed the playroom upstairs. Deck was lovely and we appreciated it for some of our meals.

it was a comfortable place to stay when not doing activities.

The house was a good size for our family and accommodated our needs very well. the only negative comment is the area rugs placed throughout the house. They constantly moved and/or bunched up creating a tripping hazard.

Beautiful clean house. Deck needs an umbrella to enjoy the outside! Also, needs a clean bbq it use on the deck or backyard! Was very disappointed we couldn’t bbq. Covid was a hugh reason we wanted to bbq. Could not since the bbq was in the garage.

House was a mess when we checked in

When we arrived to the house after the hours of the remax location closed, the house was filthy. Called after hour hotline and was told cleaning is not a priority that I’d have to wait until the next day to speak with the office. After a long car ride it was disappointing to say the least to walk into a house that was extremely dirty. No one from remax reached out to me to apologize or even cared that we were disappointed.

The house was wonderful and somehow felt more homey than usual vacation places. It was very clean and well stocked w/ everything we could want. The one change we would recommend is more seating in the living room and table area- even if it's just folding chairs. There were 6 chairs and 8 of us. Otherwise- perfect!

Awesome beach vacation

Perfect Stay!

My family and I had such an amazing time. The house was beautiful! Very clean and spacious enough were everyone had their own space. 2 miles away from beach, 1/2 mile away from outlets...perfect location. Will definitely stay here again. Love Rehoboth!

Great house for families without children

The house was a safety hazard for our children. There was no door to close off the basement area-rather the stairs went straight down from the hallway into the basement area. Air conditioning was not working well in the front right room even after maintenance guy came in to fix it. The front of the house was infested with ants. The maintenance guy found a trail of ants coming into the house. Even after he sprayed the Raid spray, the ants prevailed. It was nice having a pool in the complex. However, we only had one pass for the pool which made it very difficult for two families to share the pass. Rental agency was not helpful when we called about the pool key. The closest beach was 5 minutes away from the house by car.

Beautiful Home!

This home is much bigger than the pictures would have you believe! We were pleasantly surprised with the layout and amenities. Our multi-generational family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay here. The owners even provided a welcome basket filled with flip flops of various sizes, glow sticks, and other small trinkets for the kids! The home is very clean and well-built - no expense was spared. Proximity to downtown is perfect. We were close enough to get there within minutes, but we weren't subject to the noise and traffic that come with renting a property right by the boardwalk. You can easily bike there, too. There are lots of great restaurants and shopping (outlets!) less than a mile away! The neighborhood is nice and quiet. We really can't say enough good things about our stay here!

Beautiful, new clean house for family reunion with three generations

We loved this house. It looks just like the pictures too. We had three generations of family members staying and the three bedrooms on the main level were perfect for older members of the family and easy for parents to keep an eye on younger members of the family too. The upstairs loft was a great open space. Bathrooms are new and clean. Master bathroom is big with a great shower. The open kitchen was big enough to eat meals, prepare meals and have our family all together in one area. We loved the community pool too - what a bonus to staying in this lovely community. We highly recommend this house.
