Beautiful house!

Beautiful Place

The property was immaculate and stunning, making it the best location for our 15th sisterhood getaway. It comfortably accommodated all of us with ample sleeping spaces. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the pool this time, but we're already looking forward to our next stay.

Lovely Home that Hosted 4 Families

The house was amazing! We went with 4 families with children and the whole time we were there we didn't feel stuffy or crowded. The kitchen was equipped with amazing (seemed almost new!) kitchenware that was much appreciated. The decor was modern and accentuated the beach theme. Lovely patio area and pool set up was also great. The husbands also appreciated the full gym area in the basement!

Family get away

This was the perfect house to celebrate my father-in-law’s 80th birthday. It was spacious enough for 4 couples and children. Each family had their own bathroom & plenty of space. The large couch, dining areas, and back yard were perfect for gathering. We really enjoyed the heated pool & fire pit. The only thing I would suggest is to add a few convenient items: pool/beach towels, a tea kettle, baking sheet, and a small step stool. Otherwise we had a perfect stay!

Spacious relaxing layout

Our family stayed here for a few days in the off-season. The pool was closed and we didn't go to the beach because it was cold, so we can't speak to those aspects. But the house itself is of high quality and very comfortable for a getaway. We enjoyed our time there. There were a few details that weren't great, such as no TV remote in the primary bedroom, pillows on beds with no pillow cases, a bathroom with no toilet paper, and the fire pit wouldn't turn on. But these were more annoyances than anything. We did contact the mgmt company about the pillow cases and they never did anything about it. Also, be prepared that the house is not stocked with many paper products or amenities you might find in VRBOs in other cities, such as extra toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, games, beach toys, etc. so come prepared with your own supplies. Even that said, we did enjoy the property.

DE Best Kept Secret

First time in staying in Rehoboth and we loved it. We spent many summers in Bethany and Fenwick but didn't realize how beautiful Rehoboth was. The home was renovated from top to bottom and comfortable for our entire family to relax. We had 2 adults, 2 sets of grandparents and 2 kids so it worked out perfectly. We had small setback with water coming through window in basement room on 7/12 but owner helped address the issue in a few hours. We are not complainers but if we had any critiques to make it better would be the outdoor furniture could use cleaning or updating. For a home this beautiful, the weathered, moldy cushions were out of place. Walk to beach was long after day 2-3 so we ended up buying a parking pass to make trips more convenient. Would have been nice to have that option from day one - maybe owner would consider a seasonal pass to include with rental. All in all, great experience.

Homeowner beware

House was great. Managment HORRIBLE! AC broke during a heat wave. House was 90 degrees. nothing done. Freezer broke. Next fridge. Nothing done. Tripped over a taped down rug and got hurt. Nothing done. Kitchen poorly equipped with not enough silverware, glasses, bakeware. I would urge the homeowner to search for a different management company as their home is great but all I got from Vacasa was auto generated emails. I finally got 10% off my next visit (as if) and a $200 dollars lack of amenities compensation! No AC in the middle of s heatwave is like no toilet! One of our guests had to go to a hotel and all our food spoiled! Never mind the trip to urgent care! I will not use vacasa again!
