「During my stay at the Hampton Inn Oklahoma City Northeast, I experienced several issues that affected the quality of the stay. I discovered multiple bugs on the bedding, including on the pillow and blankets, and counted approximately five. I took photos and reported the issue immediately to the front desk. 「I particularly enjoyed the outdoor and indoor water parks at this hotel. However, some aspects of the hotel were not perfect. We stayed on the 10th floor, and the bathroom was very small. There was no shower gel in the bathroom, which seemed to indicate that the cleaning staff did not check these products carefully.」

She made it happen 2 hours early, and then, unfortunately, our toilet wasn’t functioning, so she came to check and decided to move us…right down the hall. She brought us the new key and left the door open for us. I’m not sure I have ever had a more attentive, helpful, kind staff person! 」

「Took forever to check in, then they couldn’t get me a king room, even though that’s what I had already paid for and booked through Expedia. The elevators are horrible and didn’t work half the time. Horribly long wait times to even get on or off an elevator. Valet is also forever wait and they don’t even have a garage for your vehicle, they literally drive it 2 blocks to a public parking lot. 」

「Lots of in-room bar options, but we do not drink. Valet service was not available early on a Saturday. A chair, even a small one, would have been nice even though the room was somewhat small. That said, every appointment was extraordinarily elegant and aporeciated. Staff was magnificent, the hotel quiet. 」
