The balcony had lovely flowering plants nearby that were wonderfully fragrant which added a special feature to our morning coffee on the porch. The pool bar was perfectly situated to watch the sunset while lounging in a floating chair with a cocktail. Good location with parking and walking distance to Cruz Bay. ”

“As everyone has commented Janet and Sam were AWESOME hostess/host. Janet would go out of her way to answer questions to make your trip more enjoyable. Sam went out of his way to video chat with us when we took a wrong turn on our walk to Secret Harbor Beach. Two Sandals could use some updates, but the view and location were AMAZING. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to spend time on the island of St John NP due tot he close proximity to the Red Hook Ferry. We did……

“There isn’t an airport shuttle, but the $20 a person taxi will take you there. The hill it sits on is steep, but you can walk it, we did several times. The staff is hit and miss, some are friendly, some make you feel like you’re a huge inconvenience to them (avoid the convenience store at all costs) the room was fine but the floor was so disgusting. I got out of the shower and walked to the couch and by the time I got there my feet were black. The hours for breakfast are late, so if you wake up……

“Good morning, in trying to give you the biggest and fairest picture of this property, I would say that overall we had a pleasant trip. The staff is extremely friendly and quick to respond to any of your needs. We felt the hotel had charm and a beautiful view as promised. However, we also felt that the facility was very outdated and in need of many repairs. During our four day stay, we reassigned three different rooms due to various issues. The first room which is literally numbered number one is……
