「Terrible customer service, reception forgot to notify me that my room is ready, I arrived at 1pm with check in at 4pm, by 4:30pm I checked at reception, lady rolled her eyes, yea its ready, no apology, no welcome cocktail, staff is chatting, ignorant, no service at pool area, glasses from the day prior were still under lounge chairs, no towels available, I asked for a tour to recommend the hotel to groups traveling in from Canada and Germany, answer oh there is no one on site on weekends ......

Guests should not have to wait this long for a room after the official check-in time.」
