The location and accommodations were exactly as advertised. The unit was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. The area in general was friendly and safe. We couldn't have been more happy with our choice and plan to book again before the end of this year!

My wife and I just completed a 5 week stay at this property. The unit had everything we could have wanted. First, it was CLEAN! The host, Archie Tino, obviously takes great care to be sure the unit is ready to welcome his guests. And, communication was phenomenal. While we didn’t have a great deal of communication to do, we did have one minor issue which was responded to and resolved immediately. The beds are very comfortable and all of the furniture is in great shape. The kitchen is very well appointed. The amenities, including the pool and Sky Lounge, were clean and easy to use. The surrounding area has much to offer! The unit overlooks the Sparks Marina Park Lake, including the 2-mile walking trail. This provides excellent people and puppy watching from the two balconies. Importantly, parking was very easy and secure, with both indoor and outdoor options. We were extremely impressed with our entire experience and will definitely return!
