"The spa wasn't working, we purposely book a hotel with a hot tub for my therapy. We were a bit disappointed. But over all it was okay. Our room was dark and there were no lamps, we ran out of toilet paper and had to get a roll from our family in a different room."

"Rooms are clean and nice. Breakfast is good compared to others. My only complaint would be my room key. We came back from breakfast and couldn't get the key to work. We had to make 3 trips back to the front desk to finally get a maintenance person to get us back into our room. We were in a time crunch in the morning. That was a little rough making 3 trips."

"The front desk clerk was very friendly. If you can’t do stairs, don’t stay here as there isn’t an elevator. Breakfast is from 6-9 even on the weekends. Went to eat at 8:15 and not a lot of options still available. The room was spacious but the bathroom was small."
