Very nice property but not clean

This is a really nice small property convenient to Southwold, perfect for couple with/without up to two children. The problem we had was that it was not clean; the master bed clothes, the bathroom, the dishes and cutlery were all dirty! The booking agents offered to send their cleaners back in but that would have been very inconvenient, so we washed all the kitchen items ourselves and purchased an inexpensive duvet for the master bedroom as we would not sleep under the one provided; thankfully we did find extra sheets we could use!! After all of this, we would still book this property again, but only after confirming that it had been cleaned properly; probably by a new cleaning person as the current one should be fired !!!!!! Such a shame, as the property and location are really quite good.
