The staff were very courteous, helpful and accommodating. Reception is open 24/7. Lovely complimentary buffet style breakfast from 7-10. Great location for walking to restaurants, shopping and tourist attractions. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and rooms were quiet. Hallways could have received some attention. No air conditioning. A traveller might think with Reykjavik’s cool temperatures air conditioning would not be a requirement. I did find our room very warm. I would recommend this hotel.

Great property with parking. There are a few orange spaces outside the hotel and then a garage under the hotel. Everything is within walking distance. Great place to stay.

Our first night in Iceland. We were exhausted and this was a nice facility to rest. We did explore the town, and the location was great for that. Within walking distance to a lot of attractions, restaurants and entertainment. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

This is one of the few hotels in Reykjavik that offers free on site parking - however the parking is very limited. Great breakfast in the morning. Is very walkable to downtown Reykjavik.

We arrived to the hotel early from our cruise ship. We were allowed to leave our luggage in their locked closet while we went on a tour. The room waa comfortable and clean. There was a consitent machine noise through the night, but I was able to sleep through it.

Nice hotel with friendly staff, conveniently located close to shopping bars and restaurants in the downtown area. One of the few hotels we found with free on site parking and breakfast in the morning. Delightful!!

The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was pretty decent and location was walkable to downtown. Parking was easy. This hotel also had rooms with 2 single beds in them which is what I wanted. Most hotels dont have that.

It was very safe to stay, a quiet place despite being very close to downtown. The best part was their complementary breakfast, which saved us a lot of time in the morning so we could focus on sightseeing and not finding places to have breakfast and then go on our tour. It is in a walkable and convenient location—a lovely place with friendly and very responsive staff.

Perfect location! Parking garage but usually full in evening but street parking is free at night until 9 am. Excellent breakfast. Kettle and bathroom amenities in the room. I do recommend this place good value!!!

This was a nice property. It’s around a lot of shops and dining places also a convenient store is in walking distance of the hotel. They have complementary breakfast. Hotel is close to NCL cruise port.
