"Overall great first visit to the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel theme was fun and quirky. There were so many little hidden gems I did not have time to explore. My room was just right. Clean, spacious and had the amenities I needed. Again, the theme of each room was a nice touch. I will stay here again on my next visit. "

The location is excellent — just a few minutes’ walk from the Tower of London, making it very convenient for exploring the city. I highly recommend booking the full breakfast option. It’s delicious, with a wide variety of choices and great quality overall — a perfect way to start the day. The staff was extremely helpful when we encountered a minor issue with our room. We were initially assigned a room without windows, which made it feel a bit like sleeping in a capsule. However, the team was very attentive, proactive, and genuinely eager to assist. They offered us different options to resolve the situation, which we truly appreciated. Overall, I would rate my stay a solid 9 out of 10."

"My stay was amazing! Although the rooms were a bit tiny ot was very clean. The amenities were adequate but a refrigerator would have been perfect. The staff was warm and inviting. Two staff members stood out. The first person we met was Shiobhon who was warm, welcoming and inviting. Felt like she was an old friend. Mirza in the dinning room with his great big, welcoming smile went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and had all we needed, including Coffee Creamer. I will definitely return! I highly recommend this hotel."
