“Die Unterkunft an sich ist sehr groß. Unser Zimmer war gut ausgestattet und wurde täglich gereinigt. Das Personal ist nett. Die Auswahl an Speisen hält sich begrenz und man bekommt oft nur das selbe Essen. Es gibt nur 3 Kinderstühle im Restaurant und am Pool muss man auch für Stühle kämpfen. Am Pool bekommt man fast nie das Glück liegen zu bekommen. Es sind viel zu viele Handtuchableger. Die Rutschen sehen auf den Bildern schöner aus als sie wirklich sind. Die Umgebung ist sehr schlecht. “We had an unforgettable 2nd Anniversary at Ella Elissa. Our wedding anniversary getaway was perfect. The resort is clean, neat, and modern, but the outstanding service made it truly special. The staff upgraded us with a nice room, with ocean view! Thank you!! The Asian team staffs were incredibly professional, welcoming, and friendly. The chefs at buffet section were so sweet, serving up delicious meals, as well as the a la carte dining option were exceptional. Highly recommended for a flawless……

“I stayed at Olive Garden hotel with my husband and 2 kids (7 and 15) for 8 days and we had a great time! Good food, great personale and service. The facilities were good in general, nice pools, slides, bars, kiosks, etc. Only our room that was simples than expected: the balcony door was difficult to open, the TV didn’t work, and the lock on the bathroom trash bin was broken.”

Couldn’t get nice coffee because we hadn’t paid for some package, so instant only. Couldn’t get sunbeds near the beach because we hadn’t paid for some service. ”
