Fabulous, happy place
Beautiful clean house, very spacious. Particularly liked the sun room, for relaxing and chatting. Kitchen & dining area were well set out with every utensil you can imagine. My dog loved the garden and the beach which was a stones throw away from the property. Great communication from Kate although we didn’t need to contact her as everything was laid out as instructed. We all had a fantastic time & wished we could have stayed longer!

Very comfortable ,well equipped,family friendly house.
Lovely house with everything need for a large family group . Excellent range of kitchen equipment and light bright dining space,perfect for social dining and family time. Utility room space very useful ! Enjoyed catching the sunshine in the garden and the house is in a great location with easy access to beaches and the amenities in Rhosneigr. Thank you and we would love to return to Sunny Days .

Lovely short break
We have just returned from a wonderful 3 nights at the property. The location is great, very quiet and within easy walking distance to the beach. The house is beautifully presented and has everything we needed. Warm, clean and very easy to make yourself at home. Wish we could have stayed longer and will most definitely be returning.

What a location!
We absolutely loved the stay and the house was very spacious and amazing soundproofing for noisy kids! Right near the beach with off-road parking. We didn't use the annex as not suitable for kids our age range. Host was very helpful and we would return.

Fabulous family time.
We were a family of 7 from age 12-71, and this beautiful house was perfect for us all. Plenty of space, extremely clean, well equipped and so comfortable. The location to the beach was great and walking distance to the village. The communication with the owner was excellent. We will most definitely be coming back it felt like home by the beach. So relaxing, thank you Kate xx

Spotlessly clean on arrival, a family home exactly as described on the website. Great holiday house and good location on the edge of town. Beach is a two minute walk away. Enclosed garden made it safe for our two dogs. Definitely recommend it.

Spacious modern property in great location a short walk to great beach and local shops. Can recommend the Indian takeaway from the nearby pub which is only a minute away along a footpath.

Clean, spacious property with great conservatory and garden. One or 2 tweaks needed (utility area a bit pongy) and could have done with a few extra kitchen bits but lovely stay and well worth considering to return - 5 minutes walk to sandy beach
