Parking was down the street which was fine once we realized where and how to use the discount and app. Calling customer to find out about parking was a frustrating experience at night when we got into town…the connection was terrible but we got it resolved quickly. "Nice, big clean room and we enjoyed our stay with a few caveats. The building itself is noisy and you can hear everything from the surrounding rooms. Making this worse, the area around the property is also noisy with a nearby bar that had loud talking/yelling until after 2 AM. There was also a slight problem in with the room that took a lot of texts back and forth, but was never resolved. I think they did the best they could, but after A LOT of back and forth, nothing was ever resolved. "
