10/10 Excellent

"Very convenient to the sky train and airport. Plenty of food options. Bedding was comfortable, but not super excellent for a longer visit. I actually only have one complaint and it’s the TV. It says premium channels but there is not one movie channel or much of anything premium. True you can use one demand, but $25-35 a pop is a little bit expensive. Other than that it’s a nice hotel and I would recommend it 👍"

"It was an ok stay. Staff was generally courteous. I am dealing with a 16month injury and am on walker and they put us in pretty unfriendly room for someones whos disabled so I wish they would've reacted accordingly when they saw me. We were in a rush to get to a wedding so I didn't fuss with requesting a room change for one night. There was also a constant dripping noise that woke us up at 4am so that wasn't great Food was good for a free breakfast and the coffee was great. I likely won't go back and will try elsewhere next time."

"We stayed here for three nights and overall had a comfortable experience. When we arrived on Thursday evening, we were welcomed by one of the most accommodating and friendly staff members we’ve encountered. He took the time to explain the hotel’s amenities, point out nearby attractions, and ensure we had everything we needed. His customer service was exceptional and made a great first impression. Our loft suite room 507 was dated but comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated having a kitchenette with a fridge and cooking facilities. It was convenient to store a few groceries and prepare breakfast each morning. A couple of areas could use improvement. We were surprised that the bathroom did not have an exhaust fan, which made it quite humid after showering. The air conditioning unit also seemed to be nearing the end of its lifespan, as it was extremely loud when running. Fortunately, the weather was cool enough that we didn’t need to use it much overnight. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were comfortable, and the price was in line with what you can expect for the area."

"We were pleased with how clean the property itself was. We were very disappointed in how my daughter woke up with bed bugs and in the process of looking at the bed and mattress the sheet cover had blood stains on it. We notified the cleaning lady as well she brought the Mgr and another staff to view the mattress etc. After moving rooms and trying to close our belongings as per research of not having it spread as we had one more night. They did inform me that a K-9 inspected our room and found nothing. That is and was a relief for them but not for my daughter who was very uncomfortable and embarrassed as she was at a competition. Once we were back at home they emailed with the K-9 report and gave us a 20% discount. Which was not what I was told. Very disappointed and frustrated that this was the outcome."
