"Fantastic hotel right in downtown Ottawa, five blocks away from parliament. The room was huge, and the free breakfast had a great selection of hot and cold food. The bed was extremely soft and comfortable. Will stay here everytime I come to Ottawa."

"Paid parking (not notified in advance). Breakfast is not included $16.99 buffet. Otherwise, location is great! 6 min drive from Parliament Hill. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff friendly. I would recommend it."

"We absolutely loved our stay! It couldn’t be in a better area. Very walkable to restaurants and bars and shopping. The full breakfast is an excellent feature! Fresh lemon water available all day. Nice decor. We had a big balcony! Will be back if we’re ever in Ottawa."

"I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I picked it instead of the more expensive conference hotel that was on offer. Location was great to get to the Byward market. Breakfast was appropriate for a grab and go, and the gym facilities were nicely maintained. I liked the luggage storage lockers. Customer service was excellent. In-room kitchen was well stocked with gear to make light meals and snacks. One downsize was with no offsite parking, they recommended a parking garage around the corner. I didn't mind the walk, but the garage access itself was confusing, isolated and required going through a building that was under construction. I did not feel safe as a solo female. "
