「The place was very beautiful.The view was amazing.The fireplace just gave it a warm feeling of home.I really enjoyed myself.」

「The check in staff support process is lacking. The support is a call center outside the US. They are reading off a script and can't really help. It is the second time that when booking boutique or non known hotels from Expedia that the check in process is lacking and there is no support. I will be wiser in the future - twice bitten 」

「From the moment of checking in, the staff was helpful and courteous. The room was clean and room amenities were there as expected. The food was replenished as needed at breakfast. When I inquired about extending the stay, if required, due to unfinished business, Rudy was there to assist in any way possible and willing to provide the same rate paid as my previous nights. 「The room was super clean. Everything smelled amazing. Only hiccup we had was ran putta hot water. It said it was a point of interest hw heater but i showered then wofe jumped in. She was half way and it went cold. For about 2 hours we kept checking. Finally at 1am it came back and all was right again lol. We had a good laugh. Also hot tub was clean and preheated which is amazing. 」

「The cabin was clean, we liked the shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispenser in the shower. I was very pleased when we arrived and there were several different types of coffee (the only thing I would suggest is to use the small liquid creamers instead of the packets of dry creamer). I liked that paper products were supplied instead of actual dishes, glasses etc., that way we could just throw them away.
