「The man at the front desk was incredible, however he was the only worker I saw. I was staying for 1 night as I had an important interview the next morning. Our rooms AC did not work. I called down to front desk 3 times before I went down to ask for assistance (my room was at the end of the hall and was a bit of a hike to get to the front desk) the man let us know he would come check. He came and could not fix it and let us know that he could bring us fans but unfortunately no other rooms were...

「The location is very central downtown. If you want to party its great as next door to Coyote Ugly. The rooftop bar is nice and staff couldnt be friendlier. It was good for travellers to have access to a laundry.
However our room was windowless and we would have liked to have been told in advance and have the option to refuse. The hotel does itself a disservice by calling itself luxury as it is not.」
