"I got an email the afternoon of my checkin day saying the property had no hot water, with an email provided to ask any questions. I emailed asking how long the outage was expected to last and never heard back. When I arrived, I asked and was told the outage was over (which I was relieved to hear). But someone should have responded to my email query before my arrival. The water coming out of the sink faucet smelled weird that evening but seemed normal again the following morning."

"Internet was horrible. Do not use Expedia for international travel. They dont accept phone calls and every email you send takes 48 hours to get a response. Not worth the change you save or the convenience in any way"

"We were upgraded to the better rooms on the executive wing. Rooms are a similar size but better equipped and the layout is better, making it more spacious. It was also quieter and more comfortable than the standard rooms. I may book the higher standard rooms in future "

"This place is amazing, very clean, ery comfortable beds, it has a rooftop restaurant/bar, very close to the train station, restaurants, shoppes, hot cookies when you arrive, they hold your bags if you r early for your check in, what else do you want!? Book it now!"

"I bought the hotel as part of a package with flights, and it was €300 cheaper than booking separately. Only afterward did I start reading reviews on other websites, and they were quite negative. But when I arrived, the reception staff were very polite and always ready to help. The breakfasts include champagne, salmon, various types of cheese, eggs, pastries, vegetables, and much more. The views from the panoramic window are simply incredible. On my last night, I paid an extra €30 to upgrade to a room with a jacuzzi. I highly recommend choosing a room with a jacuzzi, especially for couples."

"Internet was fine, remember remember remember chargers and converters as no usb charging- half the bedside lights didn’t work, terrible limescale on the shower head, black grout in the shower, poor tv with no ability to connect to wifi or phone- ‘free’ shuttle from the airport but not back to it- advertises 5Eur and it was 6eur pp."
